Cauliflower Mushroom Tikka (In Oven)
Ingredients
Cauliflower florets - 20 - 25 small
Mushroom pieces - 10 (optional)
Oil - 2-3 tbsp
Ingredients for Marinade:
Curd - 3 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste.
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade. Add the cauliflower florets and mushrooms, coat them in the paste and marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Line a baking tray with aluminium foil, grease it with oil , arrange the marinated pieces and drizzle oil over the pieces
Pre-heat the oven at 220 degrees (C) for 10 minutes.
Place the baking tray in the oven at 220 degrees (C) for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, remove the tray, gently flip the pieces and bake in same temperature for another 15 minutes.
If you like it a bit charred, leave on for extra 5 minutes.
Crispy cauliflower and mushroom tikka is ready to serve
